1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the n baji platform and the user. These Terms apply to n baji's website, mobile application, and all related services.

n baji provides casino games, sports betting, and other online gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By accessing this platform or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using this platform immediately. n baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on n baji, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Must have an active mobile number and email address.
• Only one account may be opened per person.
• All information provided during registration must be true and correct.

2.2 Account Security

Account security is entirely the user's responsibility. Keeping the password confidential, not sharing OTPs with third parties, and immediately notifying the n baji support team of any unauthorised activity on the account are obligations of the user. Sharing account details with anyone else or allowing a third party to use the account is strictly prohibited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. If an attempt to create multiple accounts is detected, all accounts may be permanently closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

n baji reserves the right to verify the age and identity of all users. Submission of a copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. If any inconsistency is found in the information provided during verification, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on n baji is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Depositing from an account not registered in the user's own name is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

All transactions must be conducted in an honest and lawful manner. If a transaction is found to be linked to money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

n baji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, a ৳1,000 bonus is added, bringing the balance to ৳2,000 — however, to withdraw the bonus ৳1,000, a wager of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Attempting to move a bonus balance without meeting the wagering requirement may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 VIP Cashback

n baji's VIP programme has four tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver offers 0.6%, Gold offers 0.9%, and Platinum offers 1.2% weekly cashback. Cashback applies to the week's total net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

5.4 Promotional Abuse

Attempting to circumvent the terms of any bonus or promotional offer, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or using promotions through any dishonest means may result in cancellation of the bonus and closure of the account.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games are available on n baji. Each game and betting category has its own rules, which are detailed on that category's page. Users must play responsibly and place bets within their own financial means.

6.2 Betting Outcomes

All betting results announced by n baji are considered final. If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or external cause, the amount of that bet will be returned to the balance. In disputes involving third-party data, n baji's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on n baji:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any game.
• Attempting to secure a guaranteed profit by covering multiple outcomes of a bet (arbitrage).
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Using another user's account or controlling their bets.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

n baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

1. If any provision of these Terms is violated.
2. If evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity is found.
3. If the user does not cooperate with the account verification process.
4. If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
5. If abuse of any bonus or promotional offer is detected.
6. If directed by a court or relevant authority.

Users may also request closure of their account at any time. In that case, any outstanding withdrawable balance (free of wagering requirements) will be returned.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

SSL encryption technology is used on the platform, which keeps transaction data secure. Users' information will not be sold to any third party. However, it may be necessary to provide information to relevant authorities due to legal obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

n baji will not be liable for the following:

• Disruption to a bet or game caused by the user's internet connection issues.
• Transaction delays caused by a technical error on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Circumstances of force majeure (war, natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.).
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Unmet expectations regarding game outcomes.

n baji will always work to resolve technical issues promptly and will give reasonable consideration to legitimate claims from users.

10. Responsible Gaming

n baji believes online gaming is a form of entertainment, and we are committed to ensuring it does not cause financial or personal difficulties. 11. Changes to Terms

n baji reserves the right to amend, update, or cancel these Terms at any time. For significant changes, efforts will be made to notify users in advance via their registered email or a notice on the platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will first be referred to resolution through negotiation.

If resolution through negotiation is not possible, the dispute may be submitted to the appropriate legal forum for settlement.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between n baji and the user, and replace any prior oral or written agreements.
